Employed Learnership

Upskill your internal teams with Employed Learnership Programmes and benefit from SETA grants, tax deductions and also gain maximum points on your B-BBEE scorecard. Learnerships can be undertaken by employed (18.1) personnel to improve their skills without the need to leave their place of employment. Learnerships can also be offered to unemployed individuals (18.2) as a means of helping them gain skills and critical work experience, which is often the main barrier to securing employment.  Any of our accredited qualification programmes can be implemented as a learnership.

Employed Learnership - Public Intake

As the training market evolves and new trends emerge daily, Skills Junction identified a vacuum in the market and created a one-of-a-kind product for businesses and employers who lack the number of participants required to embark on a learnership project in group sessions.

Our training solution allows employed learners (Learner 18.1) to participate in our Public Learnership Programmes, which are designed specifically for individuals, small teams, and departments. Participants will attend a series of workshops at our 5* venue over a 12-month period, where they will be guided to complete Portfolios of Evidence based on their work experience.

Here are some of the benefits of our Public Programmes:

• Meet and network with peers from other organisations
• Safe environment out of the workplace and away from colleagues
• Share knowledge with people from other companies
• Receive feedback from people of a similar seniority and experience level
• Small groups which means time for 1-2-1 coaching
• Gain valuable insights from different industry sectors
• Learn powerful techniques

Quick B-BBEE Fact!

As a 100% Black woman-owned business, clients can earn the most points in the preferential procurement section, and if they nominate Skills Junction as an enterprise development beneficiary, they can claim the full invoice value in both the enterprise supplier development and the preferential procurement sections.

Please complete the form below to receive a free, no-obligation, confidential, and comprehensive cost proposal for any of our learnership programmes.
