The Basic Conditions of Employment training course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation and case law around employment issues in South Africa. The BCEA sets the minimum employment standards, defines working hours, leave entitlements, notice periods compensation structures and serves as the legal basis for an employment contract. This short training course tackles the most commonly asked questions and provides clarification on crucial aspects that affect both employers and employees.

Terms and Conditions:
- As training is not a recoverable item, entrance will NOT be permitted to unpaid delegates

- Classes may be rescheduled if there are fewer than three enrolments per group
