Programme Outline
This intense 5-day training course provides participants with the essential skillset to work within the provisions of the B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003 and its various legislative revisions, as well as other related regulations. The content covers principles of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) and its role in South Africa’s transformation landscape.
The short course is designed for professionals in the corporate front line, such as learning and development practitioners, HR professionals, training managers, skills development facilitators, employment equity professionals, prospective B-BBEE consultants and verifiers, supply chain, procurement, finance professionals, etc.

- Basic principles of B-BBEE and core purpose
- B-BBEE Acts
- B-BBEE scorecard structures
